Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. When the lights arrived only 3 out of 8 were working. I emailed support. Replaced bulbs that didn't work. I did not have to return the original bulbs. I have used these lamps before. I like her. They definitely shine bright in my porch lights.

These bulbs are really bright

I have added these bulbs to the ceiling fan in the living room (5x) and the light is amazing, I have no way of measuring 1500lm but they look way brighter than any of my others Lights, even with the ambient light cover on, they are very bright. The only downside is that they are not dimmable, but I read that before buying, so no hidden info.

Nice and bright but when everything works I have 2 out of 8 bulbs broken.

Nice and bright but when everything works I have 2 out of 8 bulbs broken. I used to buy the same bulbs and they all blew out within a year and didn't last 30,000 hours as advertised. on the lid of the lamp box. Need advice from the seller on the plan of action to fix the problem related to 2 broken lightbulbs.
