Description of Dayton Audio KAB BE Extension Bluetooth

Under/over voltage protection prevents over charging the batteries. Voltage balancing keeps the sound playing even if one of the batteries is weaker than the others. Holds three 18650 Li-Ion batteries (sold separately). Built-in 8" 4-conductor cable plugs directly into KAB Bluetooth amp boards.

Excellent Bluetooth Extension for Home Audio

As my tests showed, this extension is extremely easy to install and provides a reliable Bluetooth connection to my home theater system. The sound quality through the extension is top-notch and has drastically upped my audio game. The only downside is that it could be a bit pricier than similar products on the market..

Disappointing Bluetooth Audio Addition

Based on my observations, this extension did not improve the audio quality of my home theater system. The Bluetooth connectivity was weak and often disconnected, causing frustrating interruptions during movie nights..

Good battery for small and large Bluetooth speakers.

If you're using these for speakers over 50W, I highly recommend connecting them in series (e.g. a 50W battery). There are 3 connections on the board for this, all in parallel. Got two extras for my 75-100w speaker to extend the run time. My only concern is that the wires are a bit flimsy for me. However, they help twice, but still.
