enough power to drive small subwoofers like my 8 inch twins.

lends itself very well to the two 8-inch passive subwoofers that power it. The only thing is I have it installed on the back of an island case and I can't increase the gain past the 9:00 position or the speakers distort and "boom" too much so it only gets a small fraction of its Power sends to the speakers, but the sound from them is still pretty powerful, so I think it does its job pretty well. I installed it inside the case and was concerned about heat build-up, but that's not a problem as I…

My Infinity UB120 amp for my old home theater died years ago but I just installed a stereo in my office with a turntable, CD player and bluetooth enabled amp. did an incredible job of matching this amp and during a pause in the subwoofer there was a little "port chugging" that went away. It was easy to adjust the amp/sub to deepen the bass of the Elac Debut 2.0 B6.2 which I have on stands making the speakers and subwoofer disappear, but the low end is full and detailed. Where the Upright plays…

Subwoofer Panel Amplifier Direct Replacement

This 100W Dayton Audio SA100 Subwoofer Amplifier is a direct replacement for my burned out KLH ASW10-100C panel amplifier. The Dayton features left/right banana inputs/outputs, as well as left and right RCA line inputs, making it more compatible with new gear than the original KLH amp. I had to exchange the narrow one on the black cable for a wider plug. The whole thing took 2 minutes. All the screw holes matched the KLH, so the installation took about 5 minutes in total. There is enough power…

Works perfectly in Home Audio

I got this amp board for my Polk Audio PSW10 subwoofer, keep calling Polk and have sent a replacement board 2 times, then just humming and not working for about a year working, looking for an answer why it keeps doing this, and the Saud regiment, they are working on it, so when I spoke to the regiment again about the same problem, they did nothing! So here I am looking for a replacement and found this DAYTON AND HAVE THIS to make the slotted hole on the subwoofer a little wider and NOW THE SUB…

Need a replacement amp for your Infinity HTS 20 system?

This amplifier board is worth every dollar. I replaced a burned out amp platter on an Infinity HTS20 system and I think this platter is MUCH better than what came in it. I had to open the hole slightly. The record is very well put together. It is equipped with a nice heat sink on the back. They weren't on the Infinity amp board at all. It also has nice banana bushes that Infinity had with those cheap spring bushings. It even has an auto shut off when not in use. The amplifier is also completely

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Annoys me

Great replacement amp for Polk PSW111

I bought this amp to replace the factory amp in my Polk PSW111 which failed after a few years. The Dayton amp was a bit narrower than the Polk it replaced, but I was able to get it working by drilling some new pilot holes in the subwoofer and simply filling the old screw holes with RTV sealant. The whole job took less than 30 minutes and I couldn't be happier. This amp is powerful and delivers more than enough power and believe me I tested it on my Onkyo receiver. Some people say the auto-on…

Very powerful amplifier. Good price. Easy installation.

I bought this to breathe life into a BIC F-12 subwoofer that had a broken plate amp. The BIC subwoofer has a 12" driver. I was out of warranty. So I had nothing to lose and when I found this $109 product it was a lot less than replacing an entire subwoofer so I got it daring. The old subwoofer would shut down at high volume due to overheating and the lack of a radiator in the back. When you're in the pool and really cranking up the tunes at high volume, you really want that bass to stay on…

Pros
  • Good for many
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish
