I'm also having trouble reading the Lexar 128MB memory card. I couldn't get a firmware update from the Dazzle/Zio website. I'm using Windows 2000 so can someone post a link to a firmware update on the zio website >

This universal digital media reader isn't that universal. It does not read Lexar memory cards. I emailed the support team with no response. Finally I called support. "Maybe they'll release a patch one day," was her reply. And they have no idea when exactly. Don't waste your time!

Just wanted to echo another reviewer's comments that this "universal" card reader cannot read translucent Lexar memory cards. It works great with the Sony 16M stick I have. Unfortunately, I didn't read this review until after I bought it. Will go back to the store.

The Dazzle Mem. Stick Reader works fine with my WIN XP machine as a removable disk. The only downside I can find is the color scheme as the installation went flawlessly and it works as a perfectly integrated removable drive suitable for use on my home network.

I have a 128MB Sandisk memory card and a 32MB Sony memory card and bought this Dazzle card reader because it was cheap and seemed to do the job, that I needed. The supplied CD installed the drivers under Windows XP. Plug the USB stick into the USB port and voila! My computer recognized it immediately and it was ready to use. He had no problem reading Sony or SanDisk memory cards. I was also able to erase and write to a flash drive with no problem. To all Lexar flash drive owners, I must say…

Dazzle Reader doesn't work with my 128MB Lexar flash drive. But it works fine with my 128MB Sony Stick and 128MB Sandisk Stick. The Lexar Stick works great in my camera and in my HP Officejet Reader. I would stay away from this reader.
