I opened the package and with a name like "Dead Sea Salt" I expected it to be sea salt mixed with some random facial cleanser. Instead, to my surprise, it's sea salt with vitamin-enriched oils. The product seemed good at first, the cleansing action of salts mixed with oil worked well on my skin but after 2 weeks it started to smell so bad I 2/ 3 of which dropped one way. Damn. I really liked its exfoliating and moisturizing properties.

Liked the texture and concept. However, I was disappointed by the intense, unexpected aroma. I was expecting coconut and the smell of the other listed ingredients rather than the strong aftertaste that greeted me. While I will not personally be using this product, it is well packaged and I trust others who are not so sensitive will enjoy it. I received this product at a discount in my honest opinion.

This was the first Dead Sea salt scrub I've bought and I loved it. I wanted to order more but they were sold out! I couldn't buy it anywhere for MONTHS. Well packaged in a plastic container, does not leak. At first I thought it smelled like coconut but after using it it was more like scented vanilla. The granules were smooth and the oils were just enough to soften and moisturize the skin. It has left my skin very healthy. I just wish the scent was a little less strong. Note: As with all salt scrubs, it is not recommended for use on freshly shaved skin.

This is now my favorite body scrub. I use it to get rid of dead skin and pimples on my arms and legs and my husband loves using it on his arms, legs and elbows. I like that it contains Dead Sea minerals and lots of healthy natural oils. It contains no formaldehyde-releasing preservatives. And I love that it's not tested on animals. It also has a very subtle, pleasant scent and works very well.

I wanted this very special salt scrub but was surprised that the salts were completely dry. No liquid or oil to aid in hydration. However, I am very happy with them. I added some liquid and all is good!

I ordered this to exfoliate before shaving and waxing and honestly this product is amazing. Very small grains of salt that give your skin a pleasant scent and make it so soft. The jar is big enough to last a LONG time since you don't use it every day. This will make the shower floor slippery so be careful. I use it once or twice a week and have noticed lighter, softer skin as a result. Love it!
