Very transparent, the color doesn't have a nice sheen, so a transparent tint/glaze can't use it as a base color.

Probably the worst color I've bought in a long time. Whatever you're painting on, you need a super white, thick primer to make those colors look vibrant. Even so, it takes 5 coats of these colors to show a color. Strongly disappointed.

I had a lot of trouble with the neon because I expected it to be opaque like most acrylics and figured I would only need a coat or two. I was very discouraged until I took out my black light flashlight and looked at the colors in this pack and then it dawned on me to apply the first coat of light color and then do the second or more detailed part of my color project. Neon and low and now it looks amazing!

Pros. The color is nice and bright as described and see the photo and the packaging was good and it arrived on the delivery date. The negative neon colors are very sticky colors, almost like tinted glue, and they are variously not fully opaque colors. What I had to do was paint the base coat with a similar color and then go over it with neon even so I still had to apply 2 or 3 coats of neon paint to make it just as bright. The colors are bright and the price seems reasonable, but they are very watery and opaque. You need a few coats over the primer/primer to get a decent coat of paint and some just don't apply evenly. I painted some stones for my garden and this color does not stand up to the sunlight. After 3 weeks I had to repaint them and covered them with acrylic UV protection. This is an inexpensive paint but not for outdoor use or anything exposed to the sun. I wish the navy blue was sold alone. i love this

These colors were delivered to my hands! Usually groceries are left at the door, sometimes with a knock but usually not, or stuffed in the mailbox! Az is very hot. I recommend anyone and everyone to buy these it's more than worth it you can't beat the price the colors are so great so good , I actually got 8 ounces of paint out of each 2 ounce bottle because I could add that much Floetrol without losing the vibrancy of the colors that separate the pigments in it, so of course I bought more as I feel I should Art Deco should not be considered student paint, it should be at least a mid-range professional paint and I will keep saying that honestly I would use

I bought these paints to paint with acrylic paints. My formula: 2 parts Floetrol, 1 part PVA glue and 1 part paint with purified water added to thin the texture. Despite all the additions, the paints remained true to color and lively. I decided to purchase based on the price and the fact that the last set I bought from the local store was thick and lumpy. I was a little concerned they might have issues as well, but they poured out of the bottle like they had just been made. I trust these colors
