This item was packaged very well. I am really impressed. The product itself is excellent and just what I was looking for. It is well made and very attractive.

Does the job. Looks nice. great height. Braided poufs don't slip easily, so be careful. I think it's overpriced for the quality, but I've ordered a second one to match and I'm happy with it.

I was very happy about it! It's really pretty and perfect for what I need, however the baskets get damaged when opened. can you replace them please I can send photos of the damage upon request.

Poor quality baskets - they unravel and when you use them to store something you need the baskets start falling apart because they rub against the sides. There are no shelves to support baskets or the ability to take out baskets if you want to stack books.

Everything was ready. No hassle with assembly. I've seen some reviews that baskets aren't that good - those are baskets that don't slide in and out perfectly. This is good value for money. I'll probably buy another one when I'm done with the renovation.

It was perfect for what I needed. Came assembled which was a big plus. However, baskets don't hold up well and don't stand on a solid shelf. Below them is an open space that makes it difficult to get in and out. I'm currently looking at different basket options but have had no luck due to size. Instead I can carve and paint the wood to create solid shelves.
