I like this little lamp. People say the lampshade is too big or too low. Turn the lampshade upside down so that the lampshade is slightly higher, exposing most of the lamp and shading most of the bulb, and it looks perfect.

Great little knees perfect for what I need them for. It goes perfectly with the nautical theme of my son's room and isn't so elegant that it could break. Also note that the lampshade turns on before you screw in the bulb that holds the lampshade.

I was looking for a sea lantern for my house. This lamp is so simple and very poorly drawn. It doesn't look nice at all. I think I'll buy some craft paints and try to revive them as I can't return them. save your money I speak as someone who decorates primarily with nautical items.

I was looking for a small nautical lamp for our beach house to place on the table my dad built before he died but didn't want to spend a lot of money. This lamp is charming and the perfect size for an accent lamp. It is well made, high quality screen and it was packaged very securely. I highly recommend!

Absolutely cute lamp, but not cartoonish. It's a great size for a side table and the lampshade has grown up because of the linen and all. The colors of the lamp are very calm and not glaring at all. I really love this little lamp, it makes me smile. The bulb requires a standard size base. PS- If the lampshade looks too long for the lamp, flip it over and it will fit perfectly. I know this through trial and error.

Just received my Charming Anchor Lamp. It was easy to assemble. Don't believe other reviews that say the lampshade is too long, just put it on backwards. If it looks too long, turn the lampshade upside down and it will be perfect. I got it right the first time. It was well packaged and in great condition and looks great in my nautical themed apartment and on my nautical table! I would definitely buy again and can only recommend it!
