Very nice :) at Dishes & Servingware

Bowls are exactly as pictured and sized correctly - 3 cups (24 oz). I wish there was an option to choose one design for all 6, but having a "sampler" of designs is kind of whimsical. The outer surface of the bowls has a very nice relief, giving them an elegant look. They don't heat up in the microwave, but keep the soup warm for a very long time, which is nice. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

They are so beautiful

These shells make me happy every time I use them. They're safe to use in the microwave, and while I haven't had much time to use them in the microwave often, I read another review that mentioned that the outside of the bowl stayed cool enough to touch when they were in microwave ovens and were safe to use. That was very important to me. I have other Asian style blue bowls as well as white ceramic bowls that complement them beautifully. I am very happy with them and they would make a great gift.

Attractive, Durable and Inexpensive Large Japanese Style Porcelain Rice Bowls

Most rice bowls are too small for our purposes and we wish they were bigger. The DeeCoo six-cup set was one of the few large porcelain bowl sets that we could find at a decent price.
