So I ordered this item yesterday based on reviews, price and some YouTube reviews. I got it this morning and tested it right away. I have had professional laser treatments before and I have to say it is very similar to what I felt in the salon. Worked on bikini area and armpits. I'll update with the results in about a month or so.

The device works great but the design is bad. Saw hair reduction after two weekly sessions. By that I mean that the hair didn't grow as fast, if at all. That's why I'm sending it back: The problem is the only button that selects the strength of the pulse AND also starts the device. This is the first time I use this type of product and it is very interesting. It is quite easy to use and adjust the light intensity. After a week of using it, it doesn't make my hair skin completely smooth, but I feel like it shortens my hair growth time significantly. This is a good start, I look forward to changes.

I've been using it on my face for more than 3 months and nothing. My hair is still growing like crazy. I've used level 4 or 5 twice a week and even left out a large area to focus on a smaller area and nothing. It just doesn't work for me (am I special and/or doing something wrong?), not one bit, so it's one star for me.

I'd say it's like pro laser removal except it's softer even on the highest settings. I wanted to see quick results, so I trained my legs, arms, and bikini line at maximum strength. This is tedious and time-consuming. Also, I walk past the same spot several times when the hair is getting thicker there. The results will be updated in a few months. TIP: Blowing cold air with a hair dryer helps a lot with pain.

READ PLEASE: I have color 4 light mocha with dark hair and every beautician I've seen has given me a laser clearance. This laser severely burned my chest, neck and chin after 3 weeks of treatment. Works great but takes a while as the window is small. I use it for the bikini line and armpits. I have very dark thick hair. My bikini and armpit hair usually grows back at the end of the day if I shave in the morning. Did 6 treatments on both, first treatment at level 3. Treatments after that at level 5. My bikini line has almost stopped growing except for a few small spots. My armpit area is still growing back, but much less. I go through each area 2-3 times per treatment once a week.
