Authentic Del Mex Classic Mexican 🌵 Falsa Blanket Vintage Style (Cali): Experience Timeless Elegance! Review

Thinner than I expected but this comforter has been washed and doesn't have that weird smell that most faux comforters I've bought have. Colours: neon orange, pink, light purple. and brown. A nice bright blanket, a little different from traditional blankets, not easy to forget in the park, ha.

This Mexican Serape Blanket is gorgeous! The colors are so vibrant! It is also large but not very thick, it can be easily folded and taken to the park, beach, pool, boat, caravan, etc. Surprisingly, it's softer than most Serape-style blankets! I imagine it gets even softer after washing! Such a good buy :)

In love with this blanket! Much softer than I thought and the colors are exactly as pictured. I bought a cheaper version at the beach a few years ago, it's ok for a beach blanket, but the fabric is very stiff and rough. I was concerned that this blanket might be the same, but that's not the case! The material is soft enough to use as a blanket. I love it so much I will be buying another one as soon as I can decide on a colour!

This is my 4th Falza duvet and my first from this brand. The first one I bought was very stiff and felt like canvas. I bought the second and third ones from my yoga studio, they are quite thick and have a looser weave made from recycled fibers. This one is about in the middle - it's medium thickness, not very soft, with a tight weave. I know it will soften over time. I like the bright colors and they don't shed as much (compared to some lower quality art duvets). My dog loves it too!

Bought to use as a "skirt" for my Christmas tree this year. I wanted something colorful but relatively inexpensive and it fit the bill perfectly. It looked amazing arranged around my tree and the colors matched my living room so it was a win-win. I can now use it as an extra boot cover - love that it doesn't have to be wrapped up and wasted! This one is better than the touring style Serapes I've ordered from a competitor on Revain. It's beautifully made, with interesting weaving in addition to the traditional Mexican-style stripes. It's not as big as I'd like, but it's enough for this purpose (to protect my bedding from dog hair when irresistible corgis come at me at night). The fabric is heavier than some other Serapes I've bought and therefore warmer - will be fine in winter but will have to find something else for summer nights.

This blanket is good. A little prickly, but appears to be of good quality. Bright, beautiful colors and good size. Suitable for sitting outside in a hammock to relax. I've washed it twice and it's still ok, that's all. (I was hoping for it to soften up a bit and not be as scratchy. I didn't tumble dry it.)
