After I put it to the test, I can say that this sandwich holder is an excellent addition for any commercial kitchen. Perfect for my use. I figured they might work as Ziploc Perfect Portions freezer bags, which they no longer make, so I ordered them. The material is the same. They're a little bigger, which is great, and they just say 'Deli' on the front. As with Perfect Portion pouches, you can reach in and grab the chicken pieces or whatever you have without touching the item with your hands.
