There was a small but deep scratch on the LCD screen right in the icon area, and a piece of plastic on the back of the stand was also broken. This is a used item and when you buy it used you get what you pay for.

I ordered this monitor for an old Dell computer that we kept because it had Windows XP installed and several programs my wife uses were not formatted to W7. This rental monitor is way better than the original monitor we had for a Dell computer. It was just plug and play and I didn't have to change any settings on the monitor. Excellent purchase!

Height adjustable, great, right? You can make it exactly how you want! Except that the LOWEST height you can set is HIGHER than almost any other monitor. The lowest position is almost 4.5 inches above the table. Mine looks a little different than the photo shown here, but the menu has that model number.

The monitor arrived in a crumpled box full of packaging waste. It was a very unprofessional packaging job! When I unpacked the monitor, I found that the cable holder on the back had come loose. Obviously this doesn't affect the performance of the monitor so like other customers who have mentioned the packaging issue I have to agree - no harm done. However, it would be nice if it was solid. The device was packaged well and arrived in an undamaged box, however when it was found to have pixel issues and lines running through the bottom of the screen. Refund Attempt - Feedback will be updated once resolved.

I put them side by side for my super quick editing. Yes, when your previous editor drops the ball like the fat scruffy jerk he is, I always get it right, work better and faster.

Great monitor, works like a charm. Exactly what I needed to complete my workstation. In good condition. The only thing that confuses me about this monitor is that it is very heavy. The rest of the monitor works great.
