Dell Chromebook 3120 Celeron Storage Review

It works fine but as I bought it for my son it would be nice if the information that he can't download apps for kids was a problem. My fault, next time I'll take my business to the competition. Don't waste money.

The description says touch screen, I expected a touch screen. Customer service said I should have known better all the reviews that this is not a touchscreen. Didn't want to pay too much for an updated staff. I think most just keep it anyway, which is why there are no more reviews. But it's not a touch screen, I'm sending it back and customer service thinks that reviews carry more weight than the seller's title/description.

The computer was fine. Like new. But when I tried to download Google Play Store, I found that this kind of Chrome OS doesn't accept Play Store and I had no choice but to return it. I think someone else might use it for other purposes, but if you want to download games and other apps, maybe buy another Chromebook instead. I hope they refund my money.!
