This computer broke after a few months. It gave me a blue screen and Dell service couldn't help me. They stated that they have technical issues at their repair centers and cannot fix them at the moment, and they can't give me a date either. I can't believe the poor quality for the price and even less the service at a time when we have to work from home.

This computer is really good. Unpacked and lit straight away. No questions. Super fast! The screen is sharp and clear. Very glad I bought it.

Great product so far, only been using it for about a week. At first I had a problem with the touch screen, but after corresponding with the seller via email, the problem was solved. I appreciate their work, especially abroad. You definitely passed.

Easy to install but no CD player to install new printers. I need all the help I can. I'm not a techie. The computer keeps going to sleep if you leave it for more than 2 minutes and you have to log in again and again.
