Finally found a charger for my old 17" Dell Studio laptop with a larger battery. No problem. My laptop recognized the charger immediately and charged in no time. even with intensive use.

I bought two of these. Both are energized. 1. Output was 11.85 VDC. 2. 12.03VDC. Either the devices are defective or have the wrong labels on them. The labels state that the output voltage is 19.5V DC and 4.62A. Do not buy.

Ordered this on a Friday night just realizing I had left the power cord at home during a nearly 2 week trip. The power cord arrived on Sunday evening as promised. I was able to work as planned on my trip and saved over $30 compared to pricing direct from Dell.

This is the second thin power supply I've bought that keeps turning on and off. I tried different outlets and with two different Dell laptops. It doesn't stay on. I've attached a video, you can see the ring at the end of the plug slowly dim before turning off completely, then brightening again, then dimming again and the cycle repeats.

The product initially looked very good and was well assembled. I regularly put my laptop in my bag and take it out too often. I do what almost everyone does: I coil up the cable and stuff it in my pocket every time.
