Will not fit 2005 Mazda Tribute S 3.0L V6.

Will not fit my 2005 Mazda Tribute S 3.0L V6. The filter is longer than the filter housing. I squeezed it and it bent and crumpled all over. I just left it there temporarily until I find a better filter. Denso is not satisfied.

Pros
  • Package Dimensions: 33.02L x 5.334H x 25.4W (cm)
Cons
  • Replacement Availability

It didn't fit my 2006 Mercury Mariner.

It does not fit my 2006 Mercury Mariner even though Revain promised it would. It was about 1/8 inch too long. It was necessary to send it back, but a filter was needed here and I decided to force it. The width was ok, so I bent the frame a bit on the long sides to reduce the length. Not very happy but it will work.

Pros
  • Sample image may differ from actual product
Cons
  • There are new competitors

Not entirely suitable for 2001 Escape

on the sides. The filter is square at the corners and the air box on the car is slightly rounded. Rather than fumbling with the recirculation, I shaved the corners of the filter with a razor blade and the filter fitted snugly. The filter is well made and otherwise looks good.

Pros
  • The filter traps contaminants before they enter the vehicle interior, allowing the driver and passenger to breathe healthier, fresher
Cons
  • air. Some problems

Fits older Ford Escape models

I wasn't sure if my cars had cabin air filters. I looked under the panels on the passenger side and they both had them. I ordered 2 of these and they fit perfectly. I installed them on a 2001 and 2002 Ford Escape XLT. It says it's a factory-installed option, but these cars are all set for it. There are installation videos on YouTube. Now I don't smell other people's cars that have died on the streets and my cars are almost dust free. I recommend anyone who has these cars to fit them. You will…

Pros
  • Provides cleaner cabin air when driving through roads full of pollen, dust, dirt and other debris
Cons
  • Hard to remember, but it was
