These cross-floss tips are just great. The picks aren't as good as the original Dentek green model as the new ones have thicker tips, but we've been looking for these picks for years.

Highly recommended! This is a great alternative to the standard thread. Worked in a dentist office for many years and the reason the floss was bad was because when flossing it didn't cover both sides of the tooth. With the cross thread setting, it does the trick! Highly recommended!

I thought they might work well but I was wrong. I think they're only good for people who don't even try to floss properly - ie people who don't try to get to the gum line. But for the rest of us, the crossover scheme makes this almost impossible. (This seems obvious now, but somehow I didn't realize it before.)

To be honest they are uncomfortable to use and they often damage my gums. Like some of the other comments, you can't use this to properly floss both sides of each tooth like dentists recommend. I would just stick with a single (or even doubled) string unless they cross like that. Basically you can just use the middle of this thread if that makes sense. I don't buy anymore.

DenTek cross floss is more effective and removes plaque better. Double rows of floss effectively "trap" food debris between teeth and gums. The floss has a mild mint flavor and is slightly smaller than some of the other leading brands.
