Interesting idea in theory but doesn't work in practice

I thought they might work well but I was wrong. I think they're only good for people who don't even try to floss properly - ie people who don't try to get to the gum line. But for the rest of us, the crossover scheme makes this almost impossible. (This seems obvious now, but somehow I didn't realize it before.)
