The cream smells like any other depilatory cream - not pleasant, but bearable. It doesn't work very well: it didn't smooth it out - it left an ugly and prickly bristle. The jar lasts for 2 uses but I don't think I'll be using it again.

This wax smelled terribly like a perm and stunk all over the house. When I took the lid off, everything just dripped. It was just gross and to be honest I'm not sure how well it worked because the smell was so awful I couldn't bring myself to try it.

My only complaint is that the instructions say to use the included spatula to apply, but my order didn't come with an applicator…

Product works great. I have psoriasis and it doesn't irritate my skin. I left it on for 10 minutes and my hair turned out great. I had to spend a lot of money to make it work so the product is expensive considering that but definitely worth it.
