I could not open the remote control battery compartment, so completely useless! You will need the small screwdrivers that come with the eyeglass repair kits. Stupid!

The unit came straight out of the box - no power to any of the outlets. Whatever the selection on the dial, there's no power. I do not recommend this device.

The remote works fine but now when we want it to get dark before dawn the device doesn't turn off in daylight and leaves the light on all day... what a waste of energy and money.

Dawn to domter function didn't work first time. The next day I disconnected both ends and reconnected. Now it works fine. The remote control doesn't work, but I don't need it

The timer didn't work right out of the box. The device is always on. When plugged in, it supplies power. In fact, it never turns off the power on the output side. It supplies power even when it is switched off.

Bought this to turn our Christmas lights on and off outside. This product worked for about two weeks and then stopped. I had to unplug and plug it back in to get it working for a few days. It stopped again. Disconnecting and reconnecting worked again. It worked again for about a week and now after the return period has passed it stopped working. Don't waste money. This is unreliable at best.

I tried mode 3 as soon as I got it and it only lasted 3 hours after which it turned off and never turned on again. I have DEWENWILS which only have 2 forks in a 3 pack I got last year, all 3 still work. But this brand stopped working after 3 hours and the quality is bad! When you turn on the light, the plug holes are so tight it's ridiculous! The battery compartment on the remote control is also difficult to open and close.
