The concept is very simple, but it's difficult for me as an outsider (not in this field) to understand how they can help you if I don't have any experience or knowledge about their product/service.The support from them was also not so good at times, which made things even more complicated! My problem seems relatively easy now when compared to others that were posted by other users. But then again, maybe my issue isn't exactly what everyone else had before? Not sure yet. The solution could beβ¦
