I was very disappointed with this book. I thought I would buy stencils and postcards but instead I got a book with links to stencils to buy. It showed a number of patterns and ways to use the stencils they recommended, but the reason I bought it was the stencils themselves, so I really feel a bit ripped off by the name and I won't be making anything from this series buy again .

Don't get me wrong. As a 20-page glossy advertisement (including cover) for Dreamweaver brass stencils, it is very pretty. There are 40 ball design suggestions. Additionally, many of the large brass stencils needed for projects are expensive and hard to find. The cover of this book looks like it has steps and instructions for each of the projects pictured. At least that's the impression I have. Well, it's just one of the pages in it. No templates, no steps for these cool walking animals on the box, no special instruction cards. The subtitle of this book 'Great Templates and Cards' is a little misleading as there are no templates or cards for that matter. However, all kinds of templates can be downloaded from the Internet. Just type "free stencils" into your search engine and you will find Pear to Pee Wee Herman stencils.
