I had a vinyl upholstery project and had a hard time with lots of threads until I got this one. Most of the thicker threads twisted like a rubber band, unwinding and tightening the nuts when loosened and getting stuck in the jig and needle. This is the only thread I've found that doesn't untwist, it comes off the spool totally relaxed and falls naturally into the loop with no new spools required. As a result, he has almost no nut twisting/jamming accidents. Excellent carving.

This thread is awesome. I do heavy duty sewing in light to heavy duty (tarp, military gear, parachutist gear) among other life mods and this material is very durable. My Singer 4432 is a little trickier to thread, but it sews well. The thicker thread proved strong where others failed. You may feel that it is a bit thicker and firmer than other threads. I bought a cream and a black thread, I will become a regular customer! When you need a durable, long-lasting yarn. look no further!

12/19/20 Order another color. The spool came in a box, but the plastic cover was in the box and not on the spool. the thread was messy, tangled (and most likely a short thread).
