Reviewing potential products/services

The ability to see business opportunities for our organization. It's a bit slow to use and could be improved. We're using it to identify opportunities for a new product and service line for the company. It has been helpful in this process so far. We have not noticed any issues with the program itself, but we've only used it one time for a training session.   • Quick search results that are easy to read
  • Ability turn off email notifications when you don’t want updates sent (which is great)
Cons
  • Occasional difficulty closing an opportunity or account.
  • Not as user friendly compared other platforms

Excellent customer service and deep understanding

Their knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics was fantastic as we were looking at different options to bring our data together from several locations which had been disconnected for many years! They are very helpful with your specific questions when you call them - they really know their stuff!! I would highly recommend contacting these guys if this area interests you or works well within what YOU do best/what YOUR people can leverage most effectively (customer-facing vs internal team). Exceptional Implementation Experts and Post Launch Services

The team of consultants was very professional with their work ethic while delivering great results for our organization! They were always available to answer questions or provide guidance when needed during implementation phases as well post-implementation support services from them have been outstanding!!
