Item arrived, they supplied two right hand side mounts, couldn't wait to get another one due to traveling this weekend. My builder had to make a different mount to make it work. which costs me more. attention to details there was no record of this production

Poorly made, nothing fits together, not enough hardware for a specific installation - not much other hardware is needed. I had to make my own modifications to make it usable. It took hours to figure out what went where, no directions, no youtube, nothing. This company should be ashamed of selling crap like this.

Backrest brackets not long enough to reach and install stop pins. On the first ride, my wife sat back and nearly fell over due to poor posture. I wanted to put on a tourist backpack again, and the fastening clips on it got even shorter. Defective and will not suggest or recommend to anyone. Yes, I checked again whether all settings are correct on my part.

Would have given 4 stars if it hadn't unlocked and springed back while riding. My bike and backrest is scratched and dented, one of the locking cams broken which is useless from my perspective unless you drill and tap on the screw where the locking cam handle is to prevent it from opening. I did this and no problems so far, but now it's mounted. Now I need a new lock for the left side so I can put the deadbolt in.

Either they sent the wrong one or they have the wrong measurements. I even took it to Harley and they said I installed it correctly and it will never fit properly. Their length from the latch on the mounting plate to the front wheel hub was too short. When accelerating, I nearly lost my wife because the backrest detached from the front hub and leaned all the way back. I would recommend buying direct from Harley. Worth the extra money to make sure the install is correct

Great value for money. Spend $7 on shipping. I didn't and received the mount 2 days later via USPS. The back was delivered by FedEx. Getting transit updates is excruciating as it moves from California to Massachusetts in the next 2 weeks. The general instructions were not very helpful and did not reflect my 2002 Road King Classic. I had to grind down some of my SS washers (to clean the shock mount) and add a front mount bushing to the outside since the backplates were a bit wider. The aluminum…
