This is a well made, beautiful bag, but the handle is about 5cm longer than a standard regional jet luggage rack. This forced me to loosen the wheel system and use a strap. In airports, wheels reduce the stress on the shoulders, and that's the only obvious downside to this design. I can't imagine what they were thinking without putting the pen on the top shelf.

Bought for my boss. He loved it! It's good quality, the sturdy wheels kick in when he loads it up. It was still going strong. It's nice to find professionals.
