This is a well made, beautiful bag, but the handle is about 5cm longer than a standard regional jet luggage rack. This forced me to loosen the wheel system and use a strap. In airports, wheels reduce the stress on the shoulders, and that's the only obvious downside to this design. I can't imagine what they were thinking without putting the pen on the top shelf.
