Horrible hair tool, waste of money

i recently purchased this styling tool hoping to achieve beautiful tangle-free hair. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can confidently say this product did not deliver... It snagged and pulled at my hair, leaving it frizzy and tangled. The only redeeming quality is that it has a sleek design, but that is not enough to justify the high cost. Save your money and invest in a different beauty tool..

I have long curly/curly African American hair. I still don't understand this hair typing system but I think some of my hair is 3C, 4A and 4B. It grew under my bra strap.
