Very disappointed as this product only lasted 4 months before the locking mechanism wore out. They should last for years, my very first one that came with my table lasted almost 15 years before failing, every 3 to 4 months. terrible product. Do not buy. Waste $$$

What an unfortunate situation. This is our first order from this company and we had a major critical issue with the face stand. We were hoping to get a strong, durable, high quality stand for such a high price and expected it to be carefully checked for quality before shipment. going down the step quickly and could seriously injure your neck.
