What an unfortunate situation. This is our first order from this company and we had a major critical issue with the face stand. We were hoping to get a strong, durable, high quality stand for such a high price and expected it to be carefully checked for quality before shipment. going down the step quickly and could seriously injure your neck. Super scary, uncomfortable and annoying. And yes we checked and sure, apparently locked tight, but it doesn't actually lock tight. For example, even after using it, my throat started to have problems due to Hiro's X-rays. Completely unsafe for anyone to use and can aggravate neck and brain due to unsafe loose components on the stand. Not happy with the whole situation, especially with a high price for just one cradle, even without a pillow.
