I find it very amusing where my tools are with me, I just want to reach out and hold them without taking my eyes off what I'm doing, it works really well, I have used it quite a bit in the last two weeks, good job. Rev. Jim.

Very versatile and well made. I use them for finding rocks, and they easily go with all the tools I like to carry around: a lightweight rock mallet, a 4-pound picking hammer, a hand shovel, and a spray gun. Couldn't be happier with their performance. I was in and out of the stream for 4 hours and had no trouble accessing my tools - and none of them fell out despite all my slips, trips and squats.

Normally 5 star product. Everything is great, except for one small detail. The Dewalt logo was sewn on very askew! You might think it's ridiculous to worry about, but it's so lopsided it looks like a 5-year-old did it. I have to wonder why the quality controllers didn't stop shipping. I also wonder why the seller went to the trouble of packing it up and sending it to me?!

I bought this in Feb 1012 and I still use it every day at work. This product holds a 24 ounce jackhammer very comfortably and securely. During a work shift I have to pick up the hammer more than 200 times. It's unmistakably where I put it, in this holder. I don't even feel the holder if my hammer isn't in it. I wanted to design a new tool belt that would eliminate all the flaws in my old tool belt. I started with a hammer. I wanted it to be right (I'm right-handed) but didn't want my hammer hanging very low or hitting my leg. This solved this problem immediately. This allows the hammer to be higher on my body and closer to my waist, but my hammer head stays about 3-4 inches below my waist. Keep in mind that the ring hole on this holder is quite large.
