NOT PROGRAMMED correctly

I bought three sockets and matching switch sets. Each was for a different area on our second floor. I first bought this for my two year old son because he couldn't reach the light switch in his bedroom. After setting up all three, I quickly realized that two of the three were programmed to turn on and off with a single switch. I'm not sure how this happened, but I followed the steps to deprogram and reprogram each light switch and outlet. Is it just me, or was reprogramming the same as…

The answer to broken chains! Dreams come true. One more year later

This is so amazing! And again another lantern with a pull chain broke the chain beyond repair. Tired of changing them. I'm tired of groping around in the dark looking for that elusive chain and not wanting to pay someone to install a light on a switch. Luckily, my circuit broke when the light was on, so I didn't have to fiddle with the old light's wiring to turn it on and get the new unit working. PRESTO battery operated light switch. Elderly, disabled, convenience, lazy, whatever the reason. BUY IT! :)

My father is recovering from a massive AVM rupture and hemorrhagic stroke. This light is a MUST for him. I tried the Alexa plugin etc. None of them worked with his voice or were easy for him. I ran into this little bug while looking for additional ways to give it more independence. I just bought one for his bedside lamp. Something rises above the shadows, but that doesn't matter.
