This socket is dangerous! It failed and almost started a fire in my apartment. Luckily I managed to catch it before it caught fire. The rating indicates a resistance of 15 A, but instead of turning it off, it burned out. I have a newborn and a 4 year old and with my blessing nothing happened to them.

Purchased October 2019. It worked great until last night when my bedridden client was able to access his heat source. When I went to check, I pulled up the wire to the heater - the whole "remote control socket" fell apart completely. I didn't even touch it. I will not buy this brand again.

Worst product I have ever bought from Revain. I've tried everything for a week in a row and I can't get this product to work. A remote with a new battery just won't work or sync with the plug. I have a wood shop and really needed this pre-treatment product but it failed and cost me money. Worst product I have ever bought from Revain. DO NOT BUY!

I bought this remote control for a tall lamp on my wife's bedside table. I placed the remote control next to her pillow so she didn't have to get out of bed to turn the lamp on and off. It worked so well I bought another one for my side of the bed. I was a bit concerned that the remotes would turn the other lights on and off, but they don't interfere with each other. I am very happy with this purchase and would buy this product again at any time.

I bought a pair of these last year and have had no problems. Then a few weeks ago I bought a total of 7 of these to accompany with Christmas gifts and 2 of the 7 remotes didn't work. 2 that didn't work, I noticed that the little white tabs that you pull out of the battery are tucked deep inside and I had to remove the battery case to pull the tab out. I have a Revain Fire, but it needs to be restarted often (a few times a week) to access YouTube. I was tired of having to get up, go to the device, unplug it, wait 10 seconds, plug it back in and sit back down. Even though I'm disabled, I'm also lazy.
