DIAOSnx® Metal Alligator Long Tailed Holder Review

I highly recommend this to people like me who are too lazy to do it themselves. Ha ha. I also recommend this to people who are into PlaMo (plastic model kit) because it feels safe in hand, it can get into hard to reach places and the wire bends just enough to your liking. The only thing missing is a base to glue it to (sold separately). In my case I used foam (you can use any similar material). It helped me a lot with painting. I do not regret it. Try it and see how it works.

They are good for what they are but the advertised size is very misleading - four inches instead of six, the absolute maximum. They are absolutely useless for airbrushing unless you plan on expanding them in some way. I ended up attaching each 4" wire to a wooden dowel to lengthen them. This allows me to use them in a perforated cardboard tray for airbrushing fine detail. Also, some had loose pins in their jaws. All things considered, if you know what you get, not a bad deal for the price.

I had problems with the clips falling off the wire after being moved too much. I'm assuming the wire is meant to be held with your fingers while you burn/draw/etc whatever is attached. I used mine as a method of attachment (looped through a couple of drilled holes), which was arguably stronger than a simple hold. wires and glue or weld them together to get something more durable. I bought these to use as part of my table at my wedding. I had thin glasses that I used as vases. In each one I put 1 large white rose and some smaller greens. I put three pieces on each table. In the middle I placed one of those clips with a mini chalkboard that had the table number written on it. They worked flawlessly and the price was spot on.
