According to the description expect a size 34-36 which stretches in the waistband. There was sag at the waist, but the size of the waist was too tight. We needed to get closer to 36" and they were definitely too small and the flex didn't bend the extra two inches to get them to 36". They are too small but that is because my son is now a size 10 not a size 8. I gave these pants 5 stars because they are incredible value for money. These pants last almost 2 years before they start tearing and my son wears them twice a week throughout the school year. These are very durable and beautiful pants. I would buy them even if our school didn't make school uniforms. I would advise anyone who has loud boys who are not good with clothes to get these pants. I have no complaints.
