Dickies Perfect Adjustable Ratchet Black Men's Belt: Superior Style and Functionality in Accessories Review

I have a 34" waist so I ordered the 34" belt and it fits perfectly unlike others I've ordered which have been grossly oversized. The design of the buckle is unusual in that it has no buckle holes. Instead, there are notches on the back of the strap that the pawl fits into. Only time will tell how long this method will take, but so far it's working great.

The belt is of good quality and will last for many years. The only issue I have with the strap is that when I lean against a table the spirit level hooks and unhooks the strap which comes loose. It's frustrating.

The belt arrived completely wrecked as if it had been in the water for months because it was peeling, cracking and looking like mold. There was no damage in transit, it was necessary to see damage to the transparent packaging it was in.

I liked the idea, but it was too bulky to fit easily through belt loops (yes, on Dickie's pants) and felt bulky. I'm sorry.

The grandson has difficulty putting the belts on. He found this style in a store but it is no longer worn. He was very happy when we found him on Ebay!

My wife gave me this belt for my birthday. At first glance I didn't think I would like it. After trying it out, I decided this belt was made for me. I like how the strap can be adjusted to a fraction. You don't have to rely on belt holes. My wife found the best belt.

These straps are great, I finally had to replace mine after years of use. Durability is great and having an adjustable size is very handy if your waistline changes over time. I know all the straps are adjustable but the lack of holes makes them look neater and more professional.

OK, where do I start. First, the belt I ordered is NOT the same as the picture. Second, the word "Dickey" is engraved on the belt buckle IN THE PICTURE. Finally, the belt WAS sent me was best suited for the office, not the construction site.

This is a quality belt that will last at least two years before needing replacement. Considering how many times a day I adjust my belt, that's very good! My only issue was that my waist size is 36 inches. The belt was for a 36 inch waist measurement. I wanted a 38-42 inch belt but it was out of stock. It still fits, but is almost too small.

I bought various brands of buckle belts and the buckle system broke within 2 months of daily wear and bought a Dickies brand belt thinking the name stood for quality and durability. The belt was delivered on 06/17/2020 and broke. yesterday evening, 08/28/2020. The Dickies brand is no better than the competition.

It was disgusting! The belt arrived smelling damp and when I opened the package it was covered in green mold. (similar to another reviewer) It might be a good price, but there's clearly something wrong with the material. I can't believe eBay even shipped this item in this condition!

This is the perfect belt for any outfit. Jeans, khakis, trousers and suits. It's perfectly tight or slightly loose (depending on what's preferred). This is by far the most comfortable belt I've ever had. If you buy you will not be disappointed.

Nothing wrong with the product itself but I needed an exchange and they sent me one and then I sent another one back and they are still billing me today after 3 weeks. Aside from loving Amazon and the products are great, this only has a billing issue.

The belts themselves are of excellent quality. But like most buckles of this type, they break in the middle of the lever. This one was no different. I bought in August 2020 and it lasted until December 17, 2020. I expected them to last at least a year.

. . . For now though, it's a definite improvement over "cut to fit" ratchet straps. The problem with them is that the buckle ends up pulling through the belt and then your pants fall off. After doing some research, this seems to be very common. I've used several of these models and it happens to everyone. This is my third type of belt. Everything keeps breaking. My wife bought me Dicky clothes for Christmas knowing I am picky about my clothes and Dicky is a working brand. I've had the belt for 8 months now and last night the buckle broke in two. I was shocked to see that cast metal broke!

Much better than belts with holes and tongues. Easy to reconfigure. Robust construction and well thought-out design. Much better than suspenders. Should last for many years.

My husband is a contract worker and has changed so many belts over the years. This belt is vastly superior to any previous belts he has had in the past. Very very durable. Convenient and easy to use.

The strap is very well made and strong, but I don't like the position of the release button. Every time I get into my truck, the release button is pressed and the belt loosens and I have to re-tension it.

I didn't expect this belt to be a belt with no holes. It's like a ratchet strap. It's bulky and I won't buy it again. I prefer the traditional belt with holes.
