Strange Cut to These

Although the shirt looks fairly well tailored, like all the Dickies t-shirts I've tried, the shirts are very roomy in the shoulders, reminding me of the clothes of a woman from the 1980s with shoulder pads. I'm in my forties and my shoulders are certainly not as well built as they were twenty years ago, but I don't think I'm unusually round even now. So if you're serious about exercising, which I'm not doing anymore, give it a try; Otherwise you can send them back, as I have done with several…

Pros
  • No tag in the back of the neck for easy handling
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Odd fit on these

Although the t-shirt appeared to be of fairly good quality, like all the Dickies t-shirts I've tried, the shirts are very roomy in the shoulders, so that's why remind me of 1980s womenswear years with shoulder pads. Durable 100% cotton t-shirts you'll remember from years ago!

People are right about the size being smaller, the sleeves are a bit short for me, the cuffs barely touch my wrists but when I stretch my arms out in front of me they go up and they are 100% Cotton, even if I washed them in cold water I'm afraid they would get even shorter, with a warm wash they would definitely be too much. But, man, these are the 100% cotton heavyweight tees we've all been missing, yes they're more expensive but partly because of the long sleeves and pocket, but the regular…

It shrank 4 inches in one wash.

I always bought cheap long sleeve t-shirts for work. I chose a work shirt manufacturer this time because I thought they were better quality. NOT RIGHT! As you can see in the attached photo, the hands shrunk 4 inches the first time they were washed. If you think I dried it wrong I will say at least three of my "cheap" shirts have been in the same wash and they are fine. I'm 5-10 inches tall and weigh 200 pounds. It is size XL like all my other shirts. Very disappointing!
