The hood itself works perfectly. The retaining ring allows me to hold it in place without having to worry about moving it in one motion. I was a bit disappointed with the lens mount that came with it. It went like this for exactly a week. Since it was an accessory to the main product, I'm still happy with the hood.

Everything was good about this product and the seller. The lens hood is perfectly matched to the Hoya UV filter. It's always good to have a lens cap holder (although I can't find a cap lol). It doesn't hurt to have a cleaning cloth handy if needed, as the Canon D60 seems to attract dust. The packaging was good and delivery was quick.

I bought this lens hood for Canon EF-S 18-200mm lens and it fits perfectly. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is that the lens cap doesn't seem to have a permanent fix and occasionally comes off. The rest works great. I use my camera every weekend camping and it works great. The adhesive on the cap holder may wear out with frequent use as the 18-200 lens will automatically extend when carried straight down due to its weight, so the adhesive can wear out easily. . No big deal, just cut
