Very useful for checking into your field force

The most beneficial feature is the ability to send dispatches from anywhere with the internet. It is very helpful when I am not in the office. The software is a little outdated. It is very difficult to navigate. I wish there was a way to be able to customize the fields, and maybe add more fields to the software. I would recommend this software to anyone that wants to be able to check in with their dispatchers from anywhere. It is very helpful to be able to be able to check in with my…
