I've already reviewed this on Amazon, but here it goes. .

I have already reviewed this on Amazon but here it is. Exactly what I was looking for and a lot less money than Sony wanted for their 28-75 zoom.

Pros
  • Fits all 67mm lenses
Cons
  • I will add later

Cannot be attached - lens accessory

I have (had) a protective lens on my camera so I took it off to attach it, put it back on, can't detach the protective lens from the hood and can't remove the lens hood attach to my camera.

Pros
  • Supports exposure levels
Cons
  • When in doubt

Revainrating 4 out of 5

This is great, except it doesn't have to be 100% compatible with.

Everything ok except it shouldn't be 100% compatible with my 28-300 Tamron lens. It attaches well and I especially like being able to attach it to my lens (I've lost a lot of lens hoods because they came loose). However, my images show "petals" when shooting at wide angle.

Pros
  • Please check your camera lens thread size before ordering. The thread size of your camera lens is marked somewhere on the lens barrel or printed under the lens cap. This number is always preceded by the symbol "Ø" (diameter).
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Doesn't mount best in lens hoods

I have (had) a protective lens on my camera so I took it off to attach it, put it back on, can't detach the protective lens from the lens hood and can't hood attach to my camera.

Pros
  • Accessories
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Does not work with filters

Please note. Since the lens hood is screwed on, you cannot use filters with your lens! Putting it on after the filters gives you a serious vignette effect around the edges of the frame. If you create it first, you cannot use filters beforehand. Take it with a bayonet mount.

Pros
  • Lens accessory
Cons
  • Does not work
