bad shirt and bad service

shirt was not as expected. My son felt uncomfortable wearing it and my request to return it was denied. They emailed me back and said there was a detailed description of their product. Still I didn't like it and instead of allowing an immediate return they demanded further explanation as to why I wanted to return it and asked me to send them a photo. I'm not sure how this will help with my decision to return the product.

Good quality but poor size

This shirt is made from a very soft and heavy material. The quality seems good and it is very cute. But the meter is far away. My son mostly wears 4T but some of the 4T hardly fit at this point so I buy 5T or 4/6 for little boys. Most of them fit well with little room to grow. Based on the description saying the 4T runs small, I ordered a 5/6. It's huge. Up to the knees. I'm going back and don't think I'll try 4T. From all the information this seems to be too small anyway.

Not as advertised. Low quality. Do not buy

First of all it's not a sweater it's a 100% cotton long sleeve shirt although it's a little disappointing that he could always wear a coat over it but what's really disappointing is The thing is that he wore it twice and I washed it twice in cold water on a gentle cycle and the color of the dinosaur and gifts is already fading. If my son didn't like it that much I would ask for a refund but I think I'll put it off until Christmas so he can wear it then and after that it could be a game shirt…
