So they were rated correctly and fit well but extremely difficult to roll compared to 'factory' wheels. It almost feels like they won't roll and you just push the post in. However, it was very easy to replace them. I hope they roll easily over time.

My Whirlpool dishwasher is showing its age. It has 8 years of daily use, some parts break, but it is a good dishwasher. I bought them and quickly fitted them and solved the manufacturer's problem that they had to use plastic buttons instead of metal buttons. Let's look at durability but for now 5 stars.

This was definitely NOT an improvement over the OEM dishwasher sub-wheel assembly for my KitchenAid dishwasher. Even the new wheels didn't roll very smoothly. Less than 3 months in use, the metal axles are rusty and none of the wheels turn at all. This product is much inferior to standard OEM all-plastic wheels. I would not buy again and cannot recommend it as a worthy replacement.

These replacement wheels were surprisingly easy to install. Just push the tab over the horizontal wireframe on each side and the old ones popped out; Insert the new ones in the same way. Suggest you do this one at a time so you can see on the opposite page how it got installed. Hopefully the metal wheel axles will last longer than the original plastic wheel axles. There were 3 broken reels; now I don't! Would buy again.

Older wheel mounts had plastic axles for the wheels which would wear out over time and fall off causing the wheels to fall off when the bottom brace is pulled out. These replacement parts have metal axles so they appear to be more durable. Very easy to install, I had to use a flat head screwdriver to pry out the old ones but the new ones snap right into the post. The wheels are a bit tight now, but I imagine they will loosen up a bit over time. They roll better when the rack is fully loaded.

Steel screws are a good idea, but you might think they are dishwasher safe stainless steel. The news says they are used in an environment with chemicals that will rust crude steel in a matter of days. I have never written a bad review about a Revain product but I won't even return it, not worth the trouble. Don't buy these if you intend to use them in the dishwasher as the wheels will freeze completely in a couple of days.

Tired of falling wheels I saw this product and bought it immediately! I later thought I hadn't looked at the reviews and to my surprise it had terrible reviews because the nuts and bolts are not stainless steel. So I went to Lowe's and bought a pack of 8-32 x 3/4 stainless steel bolts with a pack of hex nuts with nylon inserts and 1/4 x 5/8 washers, I'm replacing hardware, I know that should use Loctite but I didn't have any, so i put some crazy glue on the threads on top of the lock nut and it

The original dishwasher basket had plastic wheel holders and each wheel eventually broke. This upgrade costs half the cost of replacing a wheel from the manufacturer. So I got four for half the price of one if I had bought another original replacement. With this upgrade, the metal will certainly be better able to support the heavier weight of the lower dishwasher basket.
