Great gloves, except.

I really liked these gloves when I first received them. I even bought two pairs to try! They work well under hot water and I've never had any problems with punctures or tears. The only problem with these gloves is that the soft inner coating on the fingertips starts to fray and even crumbles a bit after about a month. And the salon begins to smell. I bought mine at the end of May and just threw away my first pair. If this problem can be solved with another durable material, I would buy these…

Comfortable and durable

I'm a man with average hands. I have been using Playtex size L gloves (medium size was too small) for washing dishes for many years. I like a lot about Playtex but they are very difficult to remove so I decided to try Lanon gloves. They're comfortable and, while not as thick as Playtex, they protect my hands from burns (I use very hot water when washing dishes). By the way, before buying Lanon, I tried Elgood gloves. I bought 2 pairs and they were comfortable but neither pair lasted long, both…

I should have bought a pair sooner

I'm a man so I washed dishes with my bare hands. I was not ashamed of wrinkled fingers and hands after a long wash, but since I started working as a nurse in a hospital, everything changes. As a nurse, I have to wash my hands constantly at work during the 12-hour shift. So when I get home, the skin on my hands is already damaged, dry and cracked. Usually hands heal in 2-3 days. So if I have to wash the dishes the next day, my hands aren't healed when I have to go back to work. And if you have…

Great at first but can't handle stainless steel scrubber

UPDATED I've only been wearing these gloves for a few weeks and my thumb on my dominant hand is already covered in numerous tears from where I'm holding the stainless steel scrubber. I use for my pots. I've been using these stainless steel scouring mitts for a total of 2-3 hours and there are already a few cracks allowing a lot of water to seep through. I'm so sad. As you can see from my review below, they were so soft and seemed to be of a higher quality than the ones I bought from Walmart…

Pros

Cons
  • Not sure

Small disclaimer: I never write product reviews! To write any of these I had to come across a product that exceeded all expectations and I finally found out that LANON dishwashing mitts do. Over the years I've bought many gloves at grocery stores, convenience stores, and stores that have the word "March" in their names. I've always bought oversized branded gloves, well I've grown disgusted with the incredibly crushable gloves, I swear by the flamboyant and angry epithets that mean you've got…
