Easy to use and has nice GUI - no command line needed!

Easy to use with nice GUI - no command line needed! I can encrypt my whole hard drive from windows or mac computers without having to do it via terminal commands (which are sometimes difficult). No problems so far using this software for about 4 months now. It's very easy once you figure out how everything works, there really isn't anything not to like here if your looking into something similar as well. Encryption makes it easier when dealing with sensitive data since only those who haveโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Very simple interface
  • Ease & speed that comes along wth encryption.
  • Great support team available 24 hours per day 7 days week during regular business hrs.etc..very helpful even outside standard workday timespamts :)
Cons
  • Sometimes slows down computer temporarily after restarting
  • Not entirely free

DiskCryptor - Decent encryption app

I like that it encrypts drives to keep data safe. I dislike that you must have the software installed on your computer before using it, which can be a problem for some people. It also does not do any kind of file recovery, so if something happens to your drive, there's no way to get at your files. You'd think with the popularity of this tool, it would've made a version that could recover deleted files. If you want to encrypt a drive or folder, use this program. It's easy to use and doesn't take

  • Works well within Windows 10 operating system environment (not just works in conjunction)
  • Does all jobs quickly compared other alternatives such as Robocopy etc

  • Can only run locally
  • Has limits about what programs will work alongside

Excellent Security Software For Encryption

The best part about this software is its easy to use interface and it provides excellent security features with very strong encryption process. The pricing could be low if compared to other competitors in this field but I did not face any problem while using Diskcryptor since it has highly secure encryption features which protect my data from various threats. Disk Cryptor provides better protection for your valuable files by encrypting them. This will ensure safety for those important documents
