Disappointing Disney Kids Backpack

After trying this product I was left feeling underwhelmed. While the DESIGN is cute and vibrant, the quality felt cheap. The backpack is not sturdy enough to hold up to daily wear and tear, and the zippers frequently get stuck... While it may be suitable for occasional use as a luggage item, it's not a dependable option for daily use..

Charming and excellent quality

Delivery took about a week so faster than expected. The design of the bag is very cute and looks high quality. The leash/leash part is the perfect length and I love that the straps are adjustable.
