I bought my 6 year old daughter a Disney Princess Kids' Plastic Time Teacher Analog Quartz Nylon Watch and she has been wearing it ever since. The watch is the perfect size for her small wrist, and the nylon strap ensures it stays in place (which is a problem with other watches).
