I got an adapter to connect to an old monitor I had. I needed a second adapter to connect the display port to port C. But after $25 we succeed.

We have ordered many of these to adapt to working with multiple screens. Does what you want at a good price and we haven't had a single failure in the 3 years we've ordered them. The display quality is a bit lame, but we use it for everyday office applications.

I've tested both adapters and they work great. My only concern is that the latches on the side of the cable for the data port are a little tight, the computer is less willing to give them away easily. Since they are new, I hope that over time they will work.

I found an old monitor in the attic and decided to add it as a third monitor but my laptop dock wasn't working. There is no space for another VGA connection. This adapter allowed me to use the display port on the docking station to connect a monitor. Nothing flashy or high class, but perfectly usable.

Computer companies are constantly innovating their products and sometimes missing a useful feature like a VGA connector. I have VGA projectors that are very good but only have a VGA connector. This HDMI to VGA adapter works great! With this adapter I can still connect my computer to my projectors or older monitors that work fine but don't have the latest connectors.

This adapter works well when connecting an AMD R9 Fury X graphics card to a Lacie 22 inch CRT monitor. Input lag or color degradation also supports GTF timings correctly.I will update the review later if there are any durability issues..it absolutely cannot be output eg 1600x1200@85Hz.
