So far the cable has worked great. Robust construction and full 4K quality. I use this cable for my VR setup and use 2 signal repeaters to boost the signal long term, but you don't need that if it's just for a TV or monitor.

Bought two cables and both didn't work at all. The quality of the material looked good on the outside, but after connecting the cables; none of them worked. After repeated attempts at different ports, not a single bone. I unplugged and plugged back in my old cable and it works great. I don't know if I'm unlucky, but if BOTH cables don't work at all, I believe it's a common occurrence.

Update: I was able to replace the cable with a new one that is much more stable at 5120x1440 at 120Hz. Thanks Adorin! While the product I received is good looked and seemed reliable, it can't handle really high bandwidth usage. Before dropping the refresh rate from 120Hz to 60Hz, I experienced screen tearing, artifacts, and sometimes a complete loss of signal.
