Gloves fit one woman but are a bit too big for another who needs a size down. I know this isn't very helpful, but it seems like it's difficult to determine the size regardless of the brand. Overall I am happy with this purchase! Haven't done anything where extra strong gloves were needed so can't comment on durability but none of them broke. These are very good quality powder free latex gloves. They are indeed XL. I compared them to Kimberly Clark Kleengaurd oversized latex gloves and definitely noticed a difference in size but NO difference in quality. They're also odorless, so you don't have to worry about the smell of your gloves lingering long after you've taken them off. I had no trouble tearing them apart as others have said. These gloves do a great job with lead based thermal paste. I would give these gloves 5 stars but about 5% of them tear when put on. At some point, the manufacturer decided to make these gloves thinner, so 5% of them tear while putting them on. I have ordered many of these glove boxes over the past three years and the original product was of a higher quality than what you are getting now.
